Our APAC team had a great time in Singapore earlier this month for the Field Service Asia conference. We took part in many interesting discussions and led a round table discussion around how to leverage IoT and mobile technology in field service. We also showcased the latest version release of our Alliance Enterprise field service management and mobility platform.

During the conference, we heard from many service organizations about their biggest challenges moving into 2019 and the goals they have in mind. Most field service organizations need new strategies in order to stack up against their digitally-savvy competitors. They also need to keep their younger workers motivated, especially with rising labor costs. And in order to keep their customers happy, they need to offer smarter, more predictive services that require IoT.
